I ordered 2 - 6 packs. I was charged for 2 - 6 packs. I only received 1 - 6 pack & 1 - 2 packs.
Installed the bags and belt today on our Heritage II from the ‘80’s that we found at an estate sale. She left the carpets cleaner than our newer vacuum. We also want a hose attachment if possible to obtain new.

10 minutes after I ordered, I noticed that our shipping address was incorrect. I immediately emailed the address for issues and received no response. 2 days later I got a ups notification that the bags were shipped to the old address, and a form email regarding my new address that was blank. Highly disappointed as I had heard their customer service was great.
Order the bags off Amazon, cheaper and at least you can alter that order 10 minutes after you place it.
Very satisfied with my purchase. And when I did have a question, the customer service was very helpful.
Delivery was prompt - at the age of 81 it is sometimes challenging for me to drive places to pick up needed products. The convenience of having these vacuum bags delivered to my door was phenomenal!

As I stated in the email , I still haven't received my order from Kirby and it's been over a month. I got an email stating that the order has been rerouted to USPS and it is still in San Francisco California to this day, August 17th. So don't know when I will be receiving my order and to think I paid for the shipping of 10 to 14 days, what a joke!
I had a Kirby vacuum cleaner for years! Loved it so I bought a new one
I recently vacuumed with the hypoallergic bags for my Kirby and I won't know until I replace the bag if it had no residuals on the outside of the bag. My grandson has many allergies and a dog that he has no problems with so we'll see how much vacuuming is helping rather than a sweeper or Swiffer dust mop. Personally, I think the bags are too thick but if thats's what it takes, you know best. I just happy I have my Kirby in use again!!
