I ordered 2 - 6 packs. I was charged for 2 - 6 packs. I only received 1 - 6 pack & 1 - 2 packs.
Hi David. We apologize that the order was shipped incorrectly the first time. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to make the matter right by shipping the 6-pack of bags to you.
Installed the bags and belt today on our Heritage II from the ‘80’s that we found at an estate sale. She left the carpets cleaner than our newer vacuum. We also want a hose attachment if possible to obtain new.
Never go without these bags or sub with lessor brands.
I have used Kirby over 30 years and I normally would just call the Alabama location which was in Birmingham but I had just recently found out that they were no longer available at the number provided on my vacuum after trying to order for months I tried the online ordering and was actually very pleased with the quality of how the ordering process was handled and especially on the short amount of time it took for the delivery, thanks Kirby I was so worried thinking I would have to try another brand!
Works great thank you. I have had my upright Kirby for approximately 27 years works like a champ
